Thoughtcrime.
BIOGRAPHY
Thoughtcrime is comprised of one high school multi-instrumentalist from New Hampshire, Zane. Having created projects under the names Zanois, Zane And No-One Else, Hero Squad, and possibly others, he is now performing semi-frequently with the band Zanois. With the use of his many functioning and non-functioning instruments and toys, he creates a barely ambient array of sampled and performed noises. His album features many (not really) guest musicians, including family, friends, and strangers. Or not. You can order it from him by sending him a message or somesuch. He will give it to you for relatively cheap. He talks about himself in the third person.

Failed Ambience(2009)
Thoughtcrime's first album has been described as anywhere from disturbing to...well, it has not been described that frequently. It's a bizarrely interesting and uncomfortable mix of toys, reverb, and lots of piano all of which is supplied by a teenage NH multi-instrumentalist, Zane McDaniel. A member of the bands Zanois and Hero Squad, he decided to create this project to get down any miscellaneous ideas he may have, no matter how terrible or good they may be, mostly because they would not fit in with his other bands' songs. Featuring guest appearances by family, friends, and in one case, strangers, it is hard to describe Failed Ambience accurately, so I will not.
